Terms of use – Kursvik
1. Provider
Kursvik is provided by Willy Edison Martínez Lozano, trading as Martinez Lozano Internasjonal Handel (ENK (enkeltpersonforetak)), org. no. 935 407 095, VAT NO935407095MVA, Norbygata 19, 0187 Oslo, Norway. Contact: kontakt@mlinternasjonal.no.
2. The service
Kursvik is decision-support software. You describe a case in text and receive an indicative score, assessment and suggested next steps produced by AI or by an on-device analysis. The mobile app is free to download on the App Store and Google Play and contains no purchases.
3. No professional advice
Results are general and indicative. They are not legal, customs, tax, accounting, financial, investment or travel advice and may be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for your decisions and must verify important information with qualified professionals and official sources (for example customs authorities, sanctions lists and official travel advice).
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, to submit personal data of others without a lawful basis, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer our services.
5. Subscriptions purchased directly from us
- Subscriptions are not sold inside the app. When you buy directly from us, prices are shown in EUR, including VAT where applicable, before you pay.
- A subscription is billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly or yearly) and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time by emailing kontakt@mlinternasjonal.no; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Right of withdrawal: if you are a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven). If you ask us to start the service within that period, you pay a proportionate amount for the time used.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change for an existing subscription; you may cancel before it takes effect.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. If live AI is unavailable, the app falls back to an on-device analysis. We may improve or change features; material changes to a paid subscription will be notified in advance.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions taken on the basis of results from the service. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.
8. Intellectual property
The app, its content and brand belong to the provider. You keep the rights to the text you enter.

10. Law and disputes
Norwegian law applies. Contact us first so we can try to solve the issue. Consumers may also contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) and use the Consumer Disputes Commission (Forbrukerklageutvalget). The courts of Oslo have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumers' right to sue at their place of residence.
